The Seattle Storm will look for its third-straight win on Tuesday against the defending champion Minnesota Lynx. Tip-off is set for 5 p.m./PT

LAST TIME OUT

A 22-0 fourth-quarter run lifted the Storm over the Dallas Wings in its last matchup, eventually winning 97-76.

Breanna Stewart led the way with her second double-double of the season, with 28 points and 12 rebounds. Sue Bird also notched her first double-double of the season, tallying 10 points and 10 assists.

 

SERIES HISTORY

The Lynx own a 37-29 all-time advantage over the Storm, with Minnesota winning the season series last season 2-1.

The Storm has not beaten the Lynx in Minnesota since July 17, 2010, where they won by an 81-71 margin.

Seattle will battle Minnesota two more times this season. The first and only matchup at KeyArena will take place on Aug. 3. The series finale will be played at the Target Center on Aug. 12.

  

SCOUTING MINNESOTA
The Lynx took down the Las Vegas Aces 88-73 in its last game to improve to 7-6 on the season. Maya Moore led the way for Minnesota in that game with 23 points and six rebounds.

Moore leads the Lynx on the season at 18.8 points per game. Center Sylvia Fowles follows closely behind at 17.6 points per game to go along with 11.9 rebounds.
