Ticket Exchange Program

An exclusive benefit of being a Storm 360 Member is the Ticket Exchange Program. If you can’t attend a game, you can exchange out of it to a game you can attend for additional seats (seat locations and games are subject to availability).

Please select the game date of the ticket being exchanged into, at the same time that the original ticket is being exchanged. Exchanging out of a ticket without selecting a game to be exchanged into will not be allowed.

To request a ticket exchange, please email your ticket agent directly or send us an email to storm360@stormbasketball.com at least 48 hours prior to both the game you are exchanging in and for. Your Storm ticket agent will assist you.

If you are transferring tickets and/or parking passes please transfer on a individual game-by-game basis. Best not to transfer multiple games at once.

  • Wednesday, March 25 — Single game tickets on sale
  • Thursday, April 2 — Storm accounts active, ticket exchanges begin
  • Monday, April 13 — WNBA Draft Party at Rough and Tumble and Pitch the Baby
  • Sunday, May 3 — Annual Member Event at Climate Pledge Arena
  • Tuesday, July 14 — Final deadline for 2026 payments in full
  • Thursday, Oct. 15 — First payment due for 2027 full season membership
