How do I purchase Storm 360 Memberships?

Storm 360 Memberships are now available! Join us today online here or call the Storm ticket sales team at (206) 217-9622 or e-mail us at tickets@stormbasketball.com. Courtside seating (if available) can be purchased by calling the Storm ticket sales team.

What games are included with my Storm 360 Membership?

Storm 360 Memberships include seating to all 23 Storm home games (22 regular season, 1 preseason).

What's the difference between Price Per Membership and Price Per Ticket?

The Price Per Membership includes seating for all 23 Storm home games, plus year-round member benefits for one person (includes all taxes and fees). The Price Per Ticket multiplied by 23 home games equals the Price Per Membership.

What are the payment options for Storm 360 Memberships?

Storm members can either pay-in-full or sign up for the interest free payment plan! All payment plans end on July 15, 2026. If you join today (month of November), you will qualify for a 9-Month Payment Plan (November 2025 to July 2026).

How does the Ticket Exchange Program work?

Once tickets are active on your MyStorm Account, you can begin managing your tickets for every home game.

Share and transfer tickets to friends and family
Post tickets for resale directly from your MyStorm Account. Your tickets will be posted to the Ticketmaster website
Exchange future tickets for additional tickets to future home games during the current season

How and when will tickets be available to manage?

MyStorm Account will be your personal dashboard for managing your digital tickets. Tickets for all home games will be added to your account in April 2026. If you need further assistance with accessing your account, please use this guide or contact your assigned service representative.

What are my options for parking?

Storm courtside season ticket memberships include full season parking. Non-courtside members can purchase full season parking to the 1^st Avenue North Garage for $920 ($40/game). Please contact your Storm service representative to add parking. During the season, single game parking is available directly from the Climate Pledge Arena transportation website here.
