LAST TIME OUT

Seattle defeated Washington in its last game 81-77, handing the Mystics their first loss of the season while also winning its fourth-straight game and improving to 4-1 on the year.

Jewell Loyd led the way with 27 points, her fourth-straight game with 20 or more. Breanna Stewart also had 25 points on a season-high 11 made field goals.

With the Storm up one with under a minute to play, Loyd knocked down a midrange jumper to put Seattle up three, 80-77.

The next trip down for the Mystics, Natasha Howard intercepted a pass and was then fouled with 0.9 seconds left. Howard split the pair of free throws, putting the game out of reach of the Mystics and giving Seattle the victory.

SCOUTING LAS VEGAS

The Aces, who are playing in their inaugural season in Las Vegas, are currently searching for their first win of the season. Las Vegas has not played since falling to Seattle back on May 27, 105-98. The Aces have only played in two other games on the year, falling to the Connecticut Sun in their road opener 101-65 and Washington Mystics 75-70 on May 22.

On the year the Aces are led by 2018 No. 1 overall pick A’ja Wilson at 19 points and 8.7 rebounds per contest.
