Safety Protocols: A guide for fans returning to Storm Basketball

The top priority of the Seattle Storm remains the health and safety of our players, staff and fans.

We are committed to meet or exceed all protocols and guidelines issued by Washington state and the WNBA to ensure the safe return of fans.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

» STORM PROMISE

Fans, vendors and staff are not permitted to enter if they have experienced symptoms of COVID-19, tested positive for COVID-19, or been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 24-48 hours. Fans are no longer required to complete an online questionnaire.

» MANDATORY MASK POLICY

The wearing of masks will be mandatory for entry for all guests over the age of 2 and must be worn at all times other than while eating and drinking in ticketed seats.

Note: Neck gaiters, bandanas, and masks with valves are not approved masks.

» DISTANCING

Appropriate physical distancing will be required in queueing areas (entering the building, concessions, and restrooms) and will be clearly marked on the floor.

Fans should remain seated in their designated seat throughout the game, (unless entering or exiting, or briefly leaving the assigned seat to access restroom facilities or pick-up concessions.

» UNVACCINATED SEATING

Seats have been segmented into socially distanced pods of 2 or 4 seats each, with a limited number of other sized pods up to a max of six.

The entire pod must be purchased together, but fans may transfer tickets to other members of the pod and enter the arena individually.

Pods will allow for six feet of distance between each group of seats in the “unvaccinated sections.”

» NO BAG POLICY

No bags allowed during COVID-19 restrictions speed up entry to the arena and minimize staff-to-fan cross-contamination.

Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items and single compartment diaper bags (child must be present) smaller than 14”x14”x6”, or clutch-sized purses that do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5″

» WNBA TICKET TERMS

Please read the following terms carefully as they govern your rights under the ticket and contain a binding, individual, arbitration and class action waiver provision by which you give up the right to file a lawsuit in court individually or as part of a class action with respect to any disputes relating to the ticket or the specified game or event for which it is issued.
