Safety Protocols

Beginning 9/26 either proof of full vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test, 72 hours prior, are required for entry for fans ages 12+

The top priority of the Seattle Storm remains the health and safety of our players, staff and fans.

We are committed to meet or exceed all protocols and guidelines issued by Washington state and the WNBA to ensure the safe return of fans.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

» STORM PROMISE

Fans, vendors and staff are not permitted to enter if they have experienced symptoms of COVID-19, tested positive for COVID-19, or been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 24-48 hours. Fans are no longer required to complete an online questionnaire.

» MASK POLICY

The wearing of masks is mandatory for all guests over the age of 2 and must be worn at all times other than while eating and drinking in ticketed seats.

Note: Neck gaiters, bandanas, and masks with valves are not approved masks.

» DISTANCING

Physical distancing is encouraged in queueing areas (entering the building, concessions, and restrooms).

Fans should remain seated in their designated seat throughout the game, (unless entering or exiting, or briefly leaving the assigned seat to access restroom facilities or pick-up concessions).

» VACCINATION

All attendees age 12 and over will be required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination for entry at Angel Of The Winds Arena. In lieu of vaccination verification, fans may also present a negative COVID-19 test (FDA-approved PCR test) administered within 72 hours prior to an event. This alternative also applies to individuals that are not vaccinated for religious or medical reasons. Children under the age of 12 are exempt from requiring proof of a vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test, but are not permitted to sit in VIP courtside floor seats.

» NO BAG POLICY

No bags allowed during COVID-19 restrictions speed up entry to the arena and minimize staff-to-fan cross-contamination.

Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items and single compartment diaper bags (child must be present) smaller than 14”x14”x6”, or clutch-sized purses that do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5″

» WNBA TICKET TERMS

Please read the following terms carefully as they govern your rights under the ticket and contain a binding, individual, arbitration and class action waiver provision by which you give up the right to file a lawsuit in court individually or as part of a class action with respect to any disputes relating to the ticket or the specified game or event for which it is issued.

GAMEDAY CHECKLIST ✅

Have your downloaded mobile ticket open and be ready to present it for entry. Your phone will never need to leave your hand for our touchless ticket-scanning procedure.

Fans, vendors and staff are not permitted to enter if they have experienced symptoms of COVID-19, tested positive for COVID-19, or been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 24-48 hours.

Don’t forget your mask at home (or in the car!). The wearing of masks is mandatory for all guests over the age of 2 and must be worn at all times other than while eating and drinking in ticketed seats.

Leave any bags or prohibited items at home or in your vehicle. Storage lockers are not available on-site for prohibited items.

Be prepared for a cashless venue as a part of a continued effort to improve the guest experience, reduce lines, and increase safety by limiting the exchange of money. The payment for all food, beverages, and merchandise needs to be with credit cards and/or debit cards.

Observe all posted signage regarding safe distancing whether in line to enter the arena, waiting for concessions or restroom facilities.

Have your proof of your vaccination ready for entry into the arena.  The following are acceptable as proof of vaccination: vaccination card, photo of vaccination card (on a phone is ok), documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider electronic health record or state immunization information system record. Self-reported vaccination records that are not verified by a health care provider cannot be accepted.

Please know the Storm will date check vaccination cards. People are considered fully vaccinated: ±

      • 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or
      • 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine

For unvaccinated guests age 12 and older, including those with approved medical or religious exemptions, the following will be accepted as proof of negative COVID-19 test:

    • A printed COVID-19 negative test taken within 72 hours of tip that includes your name, the date of the test and the lab location where the test was taken.
    • A digital version or photo of the negative result will also be accepted.
    • Acceptable tests include PCR and rapid tests. At home, self-administered tests will not be accepted.
    • Guests under the age of 12 will not be required to provide a negative test result.

Children between the ages of 2 and 11 are allowed (excluding VIP Courtside) and are required to wear masks at all times other than while eating or drinking in ticketed seats. Children under the age of 2 are also allowed and are not required to wear masks

The Seattle Storm encourages all patrons to do their part to help keep us all safe. If you are in a high risk category, exhibiting any symptoms or have been recently exposed to anyone who is COVID-19 positive, we ask that you do not attend Seattle Storm games.
