HUGHES’ TAKE
Head coach Dan Hughes was obviously happy with how his team shot the ball tonight, but he emphasized how important the assist total was in tonight’s game.
“The one that jumped out to me was just the assists. Yeah, we shot the ball well, it was one of those nights, and you love it when you have it. The reality of it was the ball movement was fantastic, and that number of assists. When you look at 26 (assists) on 37 goals, the ball really moved well.”
