Seattle Storm Waives Davellyn Whyte

SEATTLE – The Storm has announced that guard Davellyn Whyte has been waived. Whyte, drafted to the San Antonio Stars 16th overall in the 2013 WNBA Draft, played two seasons for the Stars before sitting out 2015 while recovering from injury. She owns WNBA career averages of 4.2 points, 1.8 rebounds and 14.3 minutes per game. A standout at Arizona, she finished her Wildcats career with 2,059 points, second most in program history.
