The Seattle Storm will hit the road for the first time in five games as it takes on the Dallas Wings on Sunday at the College Park Center, with tip-off set for 1 p.m./PT.

LAST TIME OUT

Strong defense lifted Seattle over Indiana by a final margin of 72-63 in its last game on Friday at KeyArena.

The Storm limited the Fever to just 35.7 percent shooting from the field while Seattle connected on 49.1 percent of its shots.

Jewell Loyd led the way for Seattle with 25 points, six rebounds and four assists.


SERIES HISTORY
Seattle owns an 28-22 all-time advantage over the Dallas Wings, with the Storm winning the season series last season 2-1.

The Storm fell to Dallas 94-90 it its first matchup this season, nearly completing a 26 point comeback. At the time, that loss marked just the second defeat for Seattle this season as well as snapping a five game winning streak.

This marks the second of four total meetings between the two teams this season. The final two meetings will be played at KeyArena, the first on July 14, and the final being the season finale on Aug. 19.

 

SCOUTING DALLAS

Dallas is sitting at 6-5 on the season, currently the sixth best record in the WNBA.

They defeated the Los Angeles Sparks in their last game by 29 points, winning 101-72. Liz Cambage led the way for them with 20 points and five rebounds.

Skylar Diggins-Smith is currently leading the Wings on the season, averaging 20 points and 6.4 assists per game.
